Join this exclusive experience, which includes a Michelin-star dining experience in a hot air balloon in the Ardennes at Chateau de Vignee, located in the heart of Wallonia between Brussels and Luxembourg. Your host is Bearleader in Food and Michelin-starred Chef Marius Bosmans, and the welcoming staff of the five-star hotel Chateau de Vignée. On the second day, the party isn’t over yet: you can enjoy a 3-course lunch at restaurant Arden. Both activities are certain to launch your taste buds to cloud nine! The experience is limited to eight people per hot air balloon.
Where you will stay
Nestled amidst the picturesque natural beauty of the Ardennes, the completely renovated Château de Vignée stands as a sanctuary, offering a haven for both serenity and pleasure, far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Every detail of this 5-star hotel, refurbished in 2020, is meticulously designed to pamper its guests and immerse them in the serene ambiance of the surrounding landscape.
With 24 bespoke, luxuriant rooms and suites, 4 state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a luxurious spa, a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, a cozy bistro, and one of the country's finest wine cellars with at least 13.000 bottles, the Château ensures an unforgettable experience for every visitor.
The Gemology Spa offers an array of indulgent rituals and amenities, including a swimming pool, hammam, and Finnish sauna overlooking the riverbank. It provides a holistic sanctuary for rejuvenation and relaxation.

The Program
Overview & Booking
Wine and food lovers from all over the world are invited to book this exclusive Bearleaders’ experience. Chateau de Vignee and Michelin-starred Chef Marius Bosmans are our trusted partners, so you will be in good hands. Brussels airport is only one hour away by car. The hot balloon experience is a small-group experience, but the rest you can experience in your own company.

One night in a Comfort room or Junior Suite, including breakfast*
3-course lunch in Michelin-starred restaurant Arden + wine selection & water
Hot air balloon for a dinner in the sky (leaves at sunset at 5 PM)
Coffee/tea with mignardises in the Salon

The package costs*:
Comfort Room package € 999,—incl. VAT per person (double occupancy), or € 1.174,—incl. VAT per person (single occupancy)
Junior Suite Package € 1.136,—incl. VAT per person (double occupancy), or € 1.447,—incl. VAT per person (single occupancy).
Check-in as of 3 PM Thursday. Brussels is the nearest international airport (1 hour away), and private transfers can be arranged. Please note that the maximum number in the hot balloon is eight people to keep the experience exclusive. On request you can arrive earlier or stay longer at the hotel.
