Where to eat in Phuket
BUCHA
A family affair of Earl Dechsakda, who started the restaurant during the pandemic. The interior is filled with antiques from his father who was a antique dealer. Here you can find Thai food with the knowledge of generations. Earl’s mother is in charge of the kitchen and learned the craft from her mother. Here you can find unique and amazing Thai dishes. Don’t forget to try the cocktails as well.

HEH
Led by chef Nattaphon Othanawathakij, this restaurant reflects his background: contemporary Australian dining with Thai influences. Nattaphon, who was born in Thailand but worked in Australia as a chef for almost 10 years, convincingly brings Australian-style food and service to Phuket in creative dishes.

PRU
Founded by Westlander Jim Ophorst, this restaurant is the first in Phuket to earn a Michelin star. Since arriving in Phuket six years ago, Jim - or Jimmy, as the locals call him - has worked hard to combine the best of both worlds: honest farm-to-table products from Thailand with European-style fine dining.
